In 2016 the official website of legendary TV show
Soul Train (now owned by BET) ranked DJ Soulchild amongst the Top 20 most influential forces in R&B in their „Power 20“ list. Two years later, popular U.S. platform RnB Soul Effect awarded him as „Best DJ 2018“. At the top of 2023, legendary Blues & Soul Magazine crowned his remix of J. Daphaney's "Love Star" the “Best R&B Song Of 2022”. Most recently, he scored a No. 1 hit on the UK iTunes R&B Chart with his remix of B.K.W.H. 's "Can't Beat The Weekend", which catapulted the album to No. 38 on the official UK Top 40 Chart.

Despite his hard-earned reputation as the “Swiss R&B King”, his deep, wide musical knowledge and versatility allow him to effortlessly adapt to any open format club setting by showcasing tasteful, energetic track selections, clean mixing and scratching skills and masterful crowd control. Not only does he often headline events at some of the best clubs in the country, but also across the world as far as
UK, France, Germany, Italy, Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Belgium and Dubai.

No stranger to playing corporate events, international names such as
MTV, H&M, Ed Hardy, DHL, Domino’s Pizza, Fiege Group, as well as numerous big Swiss corporations have called on DJ Soulchild’s infamous party rocking skills to make their functions an unforgettable experience.


Over the years he has has performed with and alongside a long list of international artists, including: Chris Brown, Ne-Yo, Akon, Bobby V, Ryan Leslie, Blackstreet, 112, Montell Jordan, Horace Brown, Kevin Lyttle, Serani, Bracket, Children Of Zeus, TQ, Smif-N-Wessun, Jeru The Damaja, J-Ro (The Alkoholiks), Delinquent Habits, Tony Touch and many more.

As a successful and acclaimed producer, his discography has collectively accumulated over
2.4 million plays across YouTube, SoundCloud and Bandcamp, dominated the UK iTunes R&B Singles Chart, as well as the offical UK and U.S. Soul Charts and earned praise and co-signs from some of the most prominent names in music, such as R&B legends Charlie Wilson and Musiq Soulchild, TV host/comedian/singer Wayne Brady, Hip-Hop icon Erick Sermon and 2x Grammy Award-winning producer Kerry "Krucial" Brothers.
